Returns and Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of the products sold, there are some items that can not be returned and/or refunded. They are as follows:
Non-Refundable or Returnable Items
*Books and CD's
*Opened fabric kit packages
If you receive an item in error, or there is a problem with your shipment, please contact us immediately so we can fix it for you. Most other items are refundable or can be returned. Please note shipping for returned/refunded items are the responsibility of the buyer, unless there was an error on our part.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Items are generally shipped between 3 - 5 business days.
We use USPS to provide shipping quotes to our customers. Those quotes are based on weights, dimensions and shapes of our different products. Most orders ship between $5 - $12 and sometimes USPS will quote a much higher rate. Anytime an order has shipping costs of more than $12, we review the order to make sure the shipping is correct. If it's not correct, we will process a refund for the difference. We make every effort to find the cheapest shipping option while keeping your preferred transit time. That means that even if your shipping cost is $8 and we can get it down to $6, we will refund the difference back to you! For orders under $30, you may have the option to use First Class shipping. Please let us know in the comments section of your order that you wish us to check pricing for First Class and to ship First Class if it's cheaper.
International Customers - Please note that shipping is not charged at the time your order is placed. When we receive notification of an international order, we start shopping for the best shipping rate for you. We will give you as many options as possible and let you decide which method you prefer. Once you decide, we will send you a Paypal Invoice for the cost of shipping. You may also contact us ahead of time to get a shipping quote before you decide to place your order.
Also, we NEVER charge a handling fee. Why? Because we like to keep things as cheap as possible for our customers.
