Returns and Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of the products sold, there are some items that can not be returned and/or refunded. They are as follows:

Non-Refundable or Returnable Items

*Books and CD's


*Opened fabric kit packages

*Cut fabrics

If you receive an item in error, or there is a problem with your shipment, please contact us immediately so we can fix it for you. Most other items are refundable or can be returned. Please note shipping for returned/refunded items are the responsibility of the buyer, unless there was an error on our part.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


Items are generally shipped between 5 - 7 business days. If I am out town teaching, your order will ship once I return and may take longer than 5 business days. To check my teaching schedule, click here:

Domestic Orders within the U.S.

For customers in the 50 United States and Puerto Rico, we offer three shipping options:

Flat Rate - $4.95. This covers orders of all price points. Whether your order is $2.00 or $200.00, regular flat rate shipping is only $4.95.

Flat Rate Express - $24.95. This also covers orders of all price points if you need express shipping. Whether your order is $2.00 or $200.00, express flat rate shipping is only $24.95. Please leave a note with your order (in the comments section at check out) if you need express shipping. You can also send us an email under the "Contact Us" tab to make sure we know you need your order processed quickly.

Local Pick-up in the Salt Lake City Metro - $0.00. When selecting this option, please leave a note in the comment section with your location in the SLC metro. Once your order is ready, we will contact you to work out a time/date for pick up. If we have to reschedule a pick up more than two times, we will request you pay for shipping.

International Customers

The United States Postal Service provides the quotes for all of our international orders. There are times when USPS over quotes and charges more than they should. Before your order is shipped, we make every effort to find the cheapest shipping option for you. We will also notify you of the results and let you decide which shipping method you prefer. We then refund the difference back to you. You can also request a shipping quote prior to ordering so you have an idea of what the true shipping charge will be.

And finally, we NEVER charge a handling fee. Why? Because we like to keep things as cheap as possible for our customers.
